These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and ph22ph ("ph22ph", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the ph22ph online gaming platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slots, bingo, keno, and any other services offered through the website. • Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph22ph does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been successfully placed, except in cases where ph22ph determines that the bet was accepted due to an obvious error in the published odds.
• ph22ph reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds that were clearly incorrect as a result of a system error, human error, or a data feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

• All slot and casino game outcomes on ph22ph are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems where applicable, or by live physical game procedures for live dealer titles. ph22ph does not manipulate game outcomes.

• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of manipulation of sporting events or casino game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in ph22ph's platform for financial gain. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to [email protected] without exploiting it.
• Using the ph22ph platform to launder money or to facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account credentials without their express consent.
• Placing bets on behalf of third parties, or operating ph22ph accounts as a commercial enterprise.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward ph22ph staff or other members.

All content on the ph22ph platform — including but not limited to the ph22ph brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, odds data, game content, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph22ph or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph22ph platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any ph22ph content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from ph22ph's software or platform systems.

ph22ph's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their ph22ph account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph22ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, ph22ph will notify registered members by publishing an updated version of these Terms at ph22ph.net/terms-conditions and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the ph22ph platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the ph22ph platform and request account closure. ph22ph is not obligated to maintain prior versions of these Terms for members who disagree with an update.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph22ph platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph22ph's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines. ph22ph does not submit to the jurisdiction of any foreign court or arbitration body for disputes arising from the use of its platform by Philippine residents.
